The Coogee Beach Apartment is located on the hill of Coogee Beach of Sydney. This mix-use building consists of bookshop and cafe, 1 unit of two bedroom apartment, 2 unit of the studio apartment with shared kitchen and bathroom, and 1 unit of 3 bedroom apartment. the overall design aims to maximize the view toward the Coogee Beach while keeping the pravacy from the units and streets. Furthermore, relationship between street and circulations has been carefully considered.
